Speakers: Nina Sardar, founder of Free2Network

Nina Sardar had to wait before getting to the top of the business ladder. The 32-year-old rose to become one of the region's most inspiring young female entrepreneurs. As the granddaughter of Rudolph Forte, who established Forte's Restaurant in the resort over 50 years ago. 

Nina grew up knowing how important good business relationships are to any firm. That passion for the development of great business relationships led Nina, despite being in her twenties, to her founding and being chosen to be the first chair of the Bay of Colwyn Business Network and the youngest Director and Vice Chair of the North Wales Women's Network. 

Nina said her new company Free2Network, a business network drawing clients from across the country and beyond, has proved successful since its summer 2010 launch. 
Free2Network events create a the right atmosphere condusieve to great networking and membership was designed to be affordable and provide excellent value to small to medium sized businesses.   

Despite being in her early thirties Nina's career has already thrown up several highlights people twice her age would be proud of. 
She was awarded the Network She Networking Woman of the Year in 2009 and was a finalist in the Conwy Business Woman of the Year last Year.

Nina was also a finalist in the Leading Wales Awards 2010.
